Get your free teardown

Send your site. I'll record a 5 to 8 minute breakdown of where it's losing signups, and the fix.

No spam. No call required. Your site, your teardown, free.

Sound familiar?

A prospect opens your site and asks: "so what does this actually do?"

Your product is genuinely good. But the site is a template you threw up in a weekend, and now it works against you:

Explains nothing in 5 seconds. Visitors bounce before they get it.
Looks smaller than you are. Less funded, less serious, less trustworthy.
Converts like a brochure. Traffic comes, trials don't.
Fights you on every edit. Changing one line becomes an afternoon.

And the fix feels impossible. The agencies who understand SaaS conversion quote you $40k and ten weeks. The cheap freelancers don't understand SaaS at all. So it stays broken, while a worse-funded competitor with a sharper site keeps getting taken more seriously than you.

Who's tearing it down

Adnaan, Zephyr Operations

I hand-code SaaS sites, no themes, and I hold a BSc in Computer & Information Science. That means I speak founder and engineer, and I design for conversion, not decoration. You'll see exactly how I think in the teardown, before you spend a cent.

If you want it fixed

Two ways to work together

The 5-Day Launch Sprint

$2,997 one-time

A converting, on-brand site, live in 5 days. Build only.

  • Positioning-first, hand-coded homepage and core pages
  • Positioning and conversion structure built in
  • Live in about 5 days, not ten weeks
Most founders pick this

The SaaS Trial-Rate System

$3,497/mo

Plus a one-time $1,500 build fee. Month one is $4,997, then cancel anytime.

The build, instrumented, then improved every month against one number: how many visitors start a trial.

  • Everything in the Sprint, in month one
  • Analytics and event tracking installed, your trial-start rate captured as a baseline before anything changes
  • Unlimited requests, one at a time: landing pages, CRO tests, launches
  • A monthly report showing what shipped and what it moved
  • Founder-direct, about 48-hour turnaround, pause anytime

Founding Partner

3 of 3 slots open
$2,497/mo

Here is the honest situation. I can show you how I think, and I can show you hand-coded work, but I cannot yet show you a SaaS site of mine that moved a trial-start rate, because I have not published one. I would rather buy that proof than claim it. So the first three founders get the Trial-Rate System at $2,497 a month with the build fee waived, locked for twelve months.

  • Build fee waived, $1,500 saved
  • $1,000/mo under standard, locked 12 months
  • In exchange: I publish your before and after trial-start rate
  • In exchange: a named testimonial once you have a result

It is a trade, not a discount. When the three are gone the rate goes with them and the price stays where it is.

Beat your baseline trial-start rate in 60 days or the monthly pauses until you do No lock-in, pause or cancel anytime 5-day first draft or the build fee is free Revisions until you're genuinely thrilled

The guarantee needs a measurable baseline, so it applies from roughly 500 sessions a month. Below that the numbers are noise and I'll tell you so, and point you at the Sprint instead.

Questions

Straight answers

Is the teardown really free?

Yes. No call required to get it. It's how I show you the way I think, because the best pitch I have is being genuinely useful first.

Will you actually understand my product?

I'm a developer with a CS degree who ships real software. I understand SaaS and I design for conversion. That combination is the whole point.

I don't have time for a long process.

The teardown takes you 60 seconds to request. A full rebuild is 5 days, not ten weeks, because we iterate on something real instead of a discovery deck.

Is this going to be enterprise-priced?

The teardown costs nothing. The rebuild is priced for seed-stage founders, and you'll know the exact number before anything starts. No surprise invoices.

Why not just build it myself with AI in a weekend?

You could, and it would probably look fine. AI made building cheap. It did not make judgment cheap, and it did not do it for you while you shipped features. What you can't generate in a weekend is the decision about what your product is for, who it's against, and which of your four value props goes above the fold, or the month of testing that finds out whether you were right. A weekend build also has no baseline and no second month. It gives you a page, not a trial-start rate.

You're one person, in another country. What if you're unavailable?

Your domain, repo, hosting and analytics are in your name from day one, so the site keeps running without me and nothing needs migrating if we part ways. Anything in flight comes back to you as working code and the month is refunded pro rata. Planned leave is announced two weeks ahead with the queue cleared first. I'm on SAST, which in practice means you brief at the end of your day and review it the next morning.

How do I pay, and am I locked in?

USD via Stripe, monthly, card or ACH. No contract on the standard plan, cancel whenever. The only exception is the Founding Partner rate, which trades a lower price for a 12-month commitment and permission to publish your result.

You're a newer studio, is that a risk?

You work with the person who builds it, not an account manager relaying messages. The free teardown lets you judge how I think before spending a cent, and the guarantee means the monthly is at risk, not just your money.

Stop losing signups to a site that doesn't do your product justice.
